A ground lease was signed between Techny Land Corporation NFP (landowner) and Hamilton Partners (developer) for the development of Willow North - a retail/commercial development on this 4.94 acre parcel. The first tenant on the site will be Chase Bank. Ground breaking is expected by May 2011.
